Town house forming end of terrace. c1840, altered. Painted
scored stucco with painted sandstone dressings, slate roof
hipped to the left. Double-depth double-fronted plan on corner
site. 2 storeys over cellar, 3 windows, with painted quoining
to the left; central doorway with pilastered architrave,
moulded cornice and blocking course with shield in centre,
panelled door; unhorned 12-pane sashed windows with raised
sills and rectangular lintels. Chimneys on left slope and on
ridge to right. Left return (to Scarisbrick Street) has one
12-pane sash at ground floor, 2 altered windows above.
