and rear; rear right lateral stack with multiple pots;
cast-iron rainwater goods. 2 rooms wide with rear centre

Changes of brickwork between the ground floor and right return

with moulded band at first-floor level. First and second-floor
windows have rubbed brick arches. Steps up to door to left
with shallow pilastered doorcase with sunk panels and fluted

front door, upper panels fielded; overlight of 4 oval panes.
Triple sash to right has fluted consoles, plain entablature
and projecting cornice. Window glazed with 12-pane sash in the
centre and 4-pane sash in the outer lights. 2 first floor
12-pane sashes; 2 second floor 3 over 6-pane sashes.
Rear elevation also preserves sashes including a stair sash
with margin panes.
INTERIOR: partially inspected. Early C19 stick baluster stair
with wreathed handrail; some C19 panelled doors survive and
other features of interest may exist upstairs.
