2 cottages. Early to mid C19. Stucco faced with hipped roof of slate. Semi-detached pair. 2 storeys, rectangular plan. One window each with 6x6 sashes on both floors, the 1st-floor windows have architraves and the ground-floor windows have cornices on consoles. The glazing pattern is authentic. The entrance to No.302 is on the return and comprises a six-panel door under an arched head with a 1st-floor window. The entrance to No.304 is gained via a C20 door leading into a single-storey extension attached to the east side of the building. INTERIOR: not inspected.
