Pair of semi-detached houses, now flats. c1845. Stucco with
low pitched slate roof with dormers behind heavy cornice and
parapet; large central stucco chimney stack.
3 storeys, attic and sunk basement, 3 bays each (outer bay
slightly recessed), with further 2-storey, 1-bay entrance
extension either side with round-arched ground floor as porch.
Sash windows with glazing bars throughout, those on ground
floor round-arched with plain pilaster and arched surrounds.
Upper-floor windows with plain architraves, those to longer
1st-floor windows eared. 1st-floor sill band.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: balustraded area wall with cast-iron
gates and railings to sides.
