Shop and warehouse, now offices and restaurant. Early C19.
Flemish bond brick, slate gambrel roof.
3 storeys and attic, 3 bays. Mid C20 door, fascia and
fenestration set in original shop front opening flanked by
pilasters. 3-storey loading bay to right beneath gauged brick
segmental arch with mid C20 door and fenestration, and jib
crane. Gauged brick segmental arches to horned sashes, those
on 1st floor 12-pane, those on 2nd floor 6-pane.
