Detached villa. Early/mid C19. Stuccoed with end pilasters;
dry slate hipped roof with large eaves slates over projecting
eaves; crested red clay ridge tiles; stuccoed brick end stacks
and cast-iron ogee gutters. Double-depth plan.
2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original 12-pane
hornless sashes and central doorway within mid C19 gabled
porch remodelled as lean-to conservatory.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
