Town house with later shop. Late C18. Rendered brick with
mid-floor band; dry slate mansard roof, hipped on the right
and with moulded eaves entablature; central mansard dormer
with C20 3-light transomed window; rendered stack on the
right. Double-depth plan plus wing at rear left.
3 storeys plus attic; 3-window range. Late C19 or C20 2-pane
horned sashes. Ground floor has late C19 4-light shopfront
with slender turned mullions, panelled pilasters with triple
bracket consoles and moulded fascia entablature; splayed
sidelight on the right to doorway with 6-panel door.
INTERIOR: not inspected but may be of interest.
