Town house with later shop. C18 with possibly earlier core.
Rendered front with stucco moulded parapet cornices; asbestos
slate mansard roof with 2 dormer with early C19 hornless
sashes with thin glazing bars. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys plus attic; 3-window range. Early C19 12-pane
hornless sashes, those to 1st floor within moulded
architraves. Ground floor has Early C19 double shopfront with
fascia and moulded cornice and slender panelled pilasters;
shop doorway right of centre, former house doorway at far left
now used as a display window.
INTERIOR: not inspected except to note early C18 dog-leg
staircase with moulded closed string, moulded handrail over
turned balusters and square newels, and panelled dado.
