Includes: No.51 Bilton House GROSVENOR STREET. 2 houses, now flats, and attached railings to Albion House. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with concealed roof, brick ridge stack and iron railings, porch and balconies with lead enrichments. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys with basement, 3 first-floor windows. Off-centre right entrance a C20 glazed door under porch with tent roof and scalloped eaves. First floor: replacement c1990 windows throughout; all windows in plain reveals and with stepped voussoirs; except to first floor with sills. Low parapet with copings. Right return (No.51): has late C20 door in single-storey outshut. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: first floor windows have individual balconies with rod balusters embellished with rose and fleurs-de-lys; 2 similar balconies to left return (St James's Street). Railings attached to left and continue across front facade with alternating halberd and twist motif to heads. 1983 List noted tall 6/6 sashes to first floor, otherwise 3/3 sashes.
