House. c1820-50. Unpainted stucco over brick with slate roof
and wrought-iron balconies.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Garden facade:
stucco detailing includes 3 tall segmental-arched window
recesses on wide pilaster strips. Windows: 6/6 sashes to
ground and first floors; second floor has 3/3 sashes, all in
plain reveals. Entrance to right return a 6-panel door with
sidelights and overlight in round-arched reveals. Right return
has 6/6 and 3/3 sashes.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: first-floor balconies have rods
embellished with stars. A similar design to No.90 (qv).
