House. c1820-50. Stucco over brick with concealed roof and cast- and wrought-iron porch. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. 6/6 sashes, taller to ground floor. Right entrance a 6-panel door with fanlight in plain reveals. Blocking course with copings. INTERIOR: includes open-well staircase with stick balusters and wreathed handrail; marble fireplace to first floor; 6-panel doors; embellished cornice to front room; tooled architraves to windows and doors; shutters to some windows. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: porch has double-scroll motif to uprights and frieze.
