Workshop or warehouse. Probably mid-C19 but incorporating a
C17 roof and probably C17/C18 brick. Red brick with slate roof
and timber-framing to left gable.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 blocked segment-headed first-floor
windows and a blind window on ground floor with remains of 2
bricked-up windows with elliptical arches. C20 inserted double
doors. Roof structure has rafters on wall-plate with collar
braced to tie-beam at first-floor level (3 trusses). Lower to
2 plus 3 window extension to left and C20 extension to right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms a group with and abuts The Two Pigs Public House, Church
Street (qv).
