GV II

Former mill warehouse, now house. Late C18/early C19,
substantially remodelled c1980. Red brick in English Garden
Wall bond. Plain tile roof with brick dentilled eaves.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and cellar; 4-window range. On 1st floor,
C20 3/3-pane top-hung casements with painted lintels and
sills. On ground floor, 6/6 sashes with tiled sills and
painted channelled voussoirs; a further 4/4-pane casement with
painted lintel at left end; at ground level on right a small
shuttered window under segmental brick arch; wide
segmental-arched entrance at left end below window, gives
access to rear.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORY: photograph prior to conversion shows large
carriageway to left and single ground-floor 8/8 sash.
