Town house, now shop and offices. Mid C18 with later
alterations. Whitened brick with timber shop front; slate roof
with right end brick stack.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 3-bay front with painted rusticated
pilaster strips at outer angles. Shop front with plate glass
window incorporates upper access doorway at left. Windows on
first and second floors are small-pane sashes, taller on first
floor, with stone sills and painted channelled lintels with
keyblocks. Painted second floor band; moulded eaves cornice
beneath plain parapet with terminal piers, left one bearing a
vertical sundial, right one a fielded panel.
