Pair of semi-detached villa, now flats. c1820-50. Ashlar over
brick with concealed roof; truncated end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys on basement, 4 first-floor windows and
with two-storey entrance porches to sides. Stucco detailing
includes Doric pilasters through 1st and 2nd floors,
surmounted by crowning dentil entablature. 4/4 sashes
throughout except to entrance bays are 6/6 sashes, in plain
reveals and with sills; blindboxes to main-range windows.
Basement has 6/6 sashes. Entrances have panelled double doors
with overlights, frieze and dentil cornice; crowning cornice.
Rear retains 6/6 and 8/8 sashes.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: stuccoed balustrades to ground and first
floors, that to ground floor on plinths has round-arched
arcade; that to first floor has latticework. Entrance at right
has tent-hooded porch.
