Formerly known as: Underwood Cottage CHAPEL LANE Off Terrace
Road.
House. Late C18, altered and extended early C20.
MATERIALS: Painted brick in Flemish bond, old tile hipped
roof. 2 chimneys with offset heads and clay pots.
PLAN: formerly rectangular 2-cell plan, now with extension on
right.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2-light casement windows with glazing
bars and segmental arched heads. Entrance (south-east) front:
dentilled brick eaves. 2-bays. Early, gabled entrance porch on
right. Single storey lean-to extension on right end.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
