House, now divided into 2 houses. Early C19 with later C19
additions.
MATERIALS: Painted stucco, scored as ashlar; oversailing slate
hipped roof.
PLAN: Rectangular plan, 2 rooms deep and with extensions at
rear.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2 rendered chimneys with cornices and
clay pots. Plinth, bracketed eaves. Sash windows, those on
first floor with glazing bars. South-east front: symmetrical.
4-bays. Windows on first floor in bracketed, moulded
architraves. Central 2-panel door under tripartite overlight,
with architrave and bracketed flat hood. Flanked by 3-light
canted bay windows with 2-pane sashes, moulded cornices and
flat roofs. Right return has C20 window on first floor in
bracketed, moulded architrave. Below this is C20 panelled door
with pediment over. Moulded roundel to each floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Later extension set back on the left.
