Includes: No.1A MONMOUTH STREET. Terrace house, now shop. c1770 (OS says pre-1776) with C19 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, pantile roof.
PLAN: Narrow frontage town house, with double roof, running through to Monmouth Street at rear.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys, two windows, all plain sash in splays, and blind to right, top floor. Late C19 shopfront with pilasters, glazed door to right. Two platbands, cornice, small blocking course and parapet, large shared stack to left. Rear has plain sash, with splayed display window to ground floor.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
