House. Early C19, (row in existence in 1819) remodelled c1870.

MATERIALS: limestone ashlar, slate roof with moulded stacks to coped gable ends.

PLAN: double depth plan.

EXTERIOR: plate glass sash windows. Tall attic storey has three half-dormers with segmental pediment over central French window flanked by triangular pediments over paired windows. Two storey canted bays flanking entrance bay are connected by stone balustrade forming balcony to attic. Central space on first floor filled by painted wood fretted arcade and balustrade to French window. Central six-panel door glazed to top with narrow overlight has Regency style trellised porch under balcony, suggesting this was original style.
