GV II

House, stepped forward from right hand end of Belgrave Place (qv). Dated 1873.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, double Roman tile roof hipped to right, continuation of Belgrave Place to left with moulded stack to centre ridge and left party wall.
PLAN: Double depth canted to the left hand corner and tapering to the rear.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and lower ground floor, symmetrical three-window range. Moulded eaves cornice, first floor sill band with brackets to projecting sills and ground floor platband are continuation from terrace to left. Central bolection moulded four-panel door has segmental arched overlight and dated keystone to similar upper surround to first floor windows. Flanking ground floor windows have raised shouldered surrounds and bracketed sills.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
