Pair of terrace houses. Late C18 (lease dated 8th October 1792) altered late C19 & C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two+two windows, all replacement sash. No.13 has close spaced windows, with paired sashes to flush mullion at ground floor and platband above. No.13A windows more widely spaced, ground floor has newer masonry, replacing shopfront described in former list. Three panelled doors, grouped to the centre. Both have thin cornice with shallow blocking course and parapet. Deep stack to the left. No.14 (qv), to right, similar in detail, straight joint between two.
