Houses. Mid C18, altered and extended mid/late C19.
MATERIALS: Coursed rubble, probably once rendered, Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Double depth plan, double fronted central entrance plan to No.71. Nos 69 and 71 apparently built separately (straight joint), but closely contemporary.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys (attic to No.69), one window (No.69), and three windows (No.71), all windows plain sashes in rendered architraves. Each house has six-panel door with top two panels glazed, small flat hood on brackets. Roof line of No.69 slightly higher with coped verges, shared ashlar stack with weathering, additional one at right hand end of No.71's ridge. Plain sash to attic in gable end of No.69. Small coach house added to right of No.71, 2 storeys, projecting forward. Coach doors to street with plain sash above, another to left facing along front of main house. Monopitch roof. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
