Mackenzie and Moncur Ltd, 1923. Long range of single storey teak glasshouses with slightly advanced gabled glasshouse to centre and end pavilions. Glazed link to potting house at rear of centre with boiler house in basement. Unpainted cement rendered brick base wall throughout. Chamfered timber with cast-iron braces. Original pipes and floor ventilation. Pivot sashes with original opening mechanism.
