Ranges not contemporary but all probably built in first half
19th century. Single storey 3-bay cottage with dormerless attic,
L-plan rear wing, detached tall block to SE with full-length
glass house. Slate roofs.
Cottage: ?early 19th century, rubble-built (squared rubble to W
front) with ashlar dressings; deep on plan, with (unusual) gable
attic light central below end stack: panelled W-facing central
door with fanlight, eaves/lintel band; small-paned sash windows.
Tall block: probably circa 1840; snecked and squared rubble with
ashlar dressings and chamfered reveals. 2 storeys and gabled, cantilevered stone forestair on long N wall with iron handrail, small-paned sash windows, wall-head and axial stacks,
broad-eaved roof.
Glass house is full length of S wall, its roof abuts tall block
below main eaves level.
