Description

Dated 1766, altered later 20th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan, crowstepped house (now part garage). Harled.

S ELEVATION: centre bay at ground with deep-set boarded timber door with lintel carved '17 E )( W 66', enlarged window to right and timber garage door to left; small windows in bays to centre and right at 1st floor.

W (THE CAUSEWAY) ELEVATION: blank gable with crowsteps to right pitch and gablehead stack.

E ELEVATION: single storey cottage adjoining.

4- and 12-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Modern red pantiles. Harled stacks with some cans; ashlar-coped skews and moulded skewputt to SE.
