Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay house, in terrace. Painted and lined render. Painted dressings: margins; quoin strips; base course; narrow eaves course, continuous with lintels.

N (SHORE STREET) ELEVATION: door out-of-line to left in bay to left; panelled door with letter-box fanlight. Regularly disposed fenestration.

E ELEVATION: adjoined to No 15 Shore Street (see separate listing).

W ELEVATION: adjoined to No 19 Shore Street (see separate listing).

Top-hopper glazing. Coped mutual skews to NE and NW. Broad mutual stacks; painted rubble to E, rendered to W. Small purple-grey slates.
