Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house, in terrace; bays widely spaced. Painted render. Painted dressings: raised margins; raised quoins; base course; eaves course, continuous with lintels.

N (SHORE STREET) ELEVATION: recessed door at centre; panelled door. Regularly disposed fenestration.

E ELEVATION: adjoined to No 17 Shore Street (see separate listing).

W ELEVATION: painted rubble above adjoining single storey cottage, No 21 Shore Street.

Sash and case windows; 2-pane glazing at ground floor, 4-pane glazing at 1st floor. Coped mutual skew to NE. Broad rendered stacks; mutual to E, gablehead to W. Modern tiles.
