Mid 19th century, refurbished. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan cottage. Whinstone and sandstone rubble with pink sandstone margins and dressings. Projecting bracketed eaves.
NE (MAIN) ELEVATION: 2-leaf boarded door at centre, flanking windows.
Timber diamond-pane casement windows. Graded grey slate piended roof, lead flashings, octagonal ridge stacks, octagonal cans.
