Mid to later 18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house (originally 2) forming part of terrace. White harling with painted stone margins. Battered base course.
W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: widely spaced bays; doorway in 2nd bay with single window flanking to left; boarded door. Single window at ground in bay to outer right; bipartite winodw with timber mullion at 1st floor above. Single windows in bay to outer left.
Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; broad harled stack with thackstane to N; brick stack to S; brick mutual gableheads.
Forms part of Main Street B Group extending on E side from Dunbridge House to the Plough Hotel. Evidence remains of blocked doorway between 1st and 2nd bays. Steep pitch of roof indicates early origin.
