Statement of Interest

Westburn Road is noted by Chapman and Riley as being a street where "buildings present features of special charm" (p149). 37-39 Westburn Road is one of the grander terraces on Westburn Road. The ashlar principal elevations, combined with curvilinear gables and dormers and segmental-arched openings result in a terrace which is both unusual and of high quality.
