Early-mid 19th century. 1? storey L-plan cottage. Stugged ashlar. Chamfered window and door surrounds. Base and eaves course.
N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: advanced 2-bay gable to left; door to left; 2-pane fanlight. Window to right. Central 1st floor window. 3-bay section set back to right; central door; flanking windows.
E ELEVATION: not seen, 2001.
S ELEVATION: not seen, 2001.
W ELEVATION: 1st floor window to left; adjoined to The Hollies to right.
Predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Timber panelled doors. Pitched slate roof to N and W; pantiles to rear and E. Raised skews. Thistle finial to N gable. Gable apex stack to W gable; corniced ridge stack to 3-bay section; polygonal cans.
INTERIOR: not seen, 2001.
