18th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house. Exposed ashlar margins; eaves course; rendered.
N (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical elevation. Central replacement 2-leaf door; flanking windows. 3 1st floor windows centred above.
E ELEVATION: attached to The Hollies.
S ELEVATION: partially seen; 1st floor window. 4 additions to rear; pitched to far left; single storey flat-roof to right of it; 2 2-storey extensions to right.
S ELEVATION: ground and 1st floor window to right.
12-pane timber sash and case windows to front; modern fenestration to rear. Steeply pitched swept roof; clay pantiles. Raised wallhead to W. Corniced gable apex to W; coped gable apex to E with polygonal can. Pitched pantile roof to W rear outshot; modern roofing material to other extensions.
INTERIOR: not seen, 2001.
