Description

Later 19th century. Semi-detached single-storey and attic, 3-bay house. E elevation stugged ashlar, remaining elevations rubble; ashlar dressings. Base and eaves courses. Stop-chamfered margins to windows. Stone mullions.

E (PARK ROAD) ELEVATIONS: deep-set door at centre, with raised surround and bracketted coped cornice; panelled door and 2-pane fanlight. Hoodmoulded tripartite windows in outer bays.

S ELEVATION: adjoined to No 9 Park Road (see separate listing).

N ELEVATION: small window to right of centre at ground.

Plate glass glazing pattern in sash and case windows. 2 slate-hung canted and piended dormer windows above outer bays. Rooflight at centre. Coped skews, mutual to S. Bracketted skewputt to NE.

gablehead stack to N, mutual stack to S. Purple-grey slates. Some original cans.
