Description

David MacKenzie circa 1851-7. 2-storey 3-bay villa, coursed rubble with pianted ashlar details.

S elevation: central conriced tripartite doorpiece. Bay to left advanced with tripartite corniced and pedimented tripartite. Projecting corniced tripartite to right. 1st floor single architraved lights. Main cornice and blocking course.

Piended slat roof. Corniced gable-end stacks. Sash and case windows, 4-pane glazing pattern.

Interior: largely as built, with plaster ceilings, fireplaced etc. Rubble-built boundary walls, low to front with square ashlar gatepiers, high to rear.
