Description

David MacKenzie circa 1851-7. 2-storey 3-bay villa, coursed ruble with ashlar details.

S elevation: central consoled and corniced doorpiece, bay to right bipartite. Ground floor openings architraved and corniced, 1st floor windows margined. Main cornice and blocking course.

Piended and platformed slate roof. Cornice gable-end stacks.

Square ashlar pyramidal-capped gatepiers. Low boundary wall to front, high walls to rear.

Facade now dry-dash harled, excepting dressings. now 2 flats.
