Description

Early 19th century with later alterations. Single storey mirrored pair of 2-bay houses; No 32 terminating terrace. Finely droved ashlar at ground; droved ashlar at basement; lined rendering to side elevation. Band course between levels, cornice and blocking course; slightly raised quoins.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 8 steps with original plain cast-iron handrails to pilastered and corniced raised doorpieces to centre with panelled doors and fanlights above (plate glass to No 30, 4-ovoid pane to No 32). Windows to each level of flanking bays.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen, 1994; extension to No 30.

12-lying-pane timber sash and case windows except 4-pane sash and case to ground of No 30. Grey slate roof, piended to No 32 rendered ridge stack to No 30 and wallhead stack to side elevation of No 32.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: stugged ashlar with coping.
