Description

Early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, grouped to left, classical house. Painted finely droved ashlar, polished ashlar dressings. Base course, dentilled cornice, blocking course, raised quoins.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: raised bay to centre with tablet. Deep-set panelled door, at top of 2 steps,plate glass rectangular fanlight, pilastered doorpiece. Windows to flanking bays.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen; extensions at bays to centre and to extreme right.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Grey slate piended roof, wallhead stacks to side elevations, ashlar to left, brick, rendered and extended to right.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: stugged ashlar with coping.
