Description

Circa 1860. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical rectangular-plan villa.

Squared and snecked rubble; droved and coursed ashlar to W Elevation with Lightly sugged dressings. Base, cill and blocking courses; eaves cornice.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central pilastered doorway with carved consoles to cornice; panelled door; plate glass fanlight; single window above and in flanking bays. Later single storey garage adjoining to outer right.

S ELEVATION: blank.

4-pane sash and case windows; internal secondary glazing at ground floor. Grey slate piended roof; lead flashing; truncated shouldered stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 1990.

High coped mutual and boundary walls; central pedestrian gateway with continuous stone overthrow to Findhorn Place.
