Circa 1860. 4-storey and basement, 8-bay symmetrical warehouse. Ashlar sandstone to Fox Street, rubble sides. Symmetrical. Simple entablature with cornice. Hoist bay recessed at centre, with segmental arch at eaves and gable above with narrow slit. Railings across opening at each floor above ground. Regular windows to each floor of flanking bays, with carriage entrance in penultimate bay to right, and later entrance inserted in outer right; basement openings. Former sash and case windows largely destroyed, grilles remaining to ground floor and basement openings.
Formerly adjoined by warehouse of similar date to W, demolished (1988), and by McCorquodales Print Works of 1925 to E. Impressive example of its type, with similarities to Gatcliff tenement designs. Converted to residential use (2006/07) with additional new block to W.
