Description

Circa 1835. Classical end terrace block of single 3-bay house
and 2 flats. 2 storeys and basement, 5 x 6 bays; centre bay
on 1st floor to West Regent Street and 2nd bay from S in
Wellington Street, blind. Polished ashlar, painted basement
and surrounds. Mutule corniced double entry anta doorpiece in
central bay at head of steps oversailing basement area at
West Regent Street; consoled corniced doorpiece at No 130
West Campbell Street. Basement band course. Sash and case
windows in architraves, corniced at ground floor in West
Regent Street and 1st 3 return bays. Eaves cornice; blocking
course raised at gable end with paired stacks.
