Description

Later 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay gabled villa.

Cream sandstone rubble, ashlar to S elevation. Base course; moulded arrises; ashlar mullioned windows; bracketted eaves; bargeboarded gables.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: pilastered, corniced doorway to centre, panelled door, half-glazed vestibule door. Canted window to right, cornice. Slightly advanced bipartite window to left, cornice. Steeply pitched gable above doorway with round-arched window, pendant to gable apex. Gabled dormers flanking each with bipartite window, round-arched lights, pilastered mullions.

E ELEVATION: timber framed lean-to conservatory abutting. Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; corniced end stacks with moulded cans.
