Later 19th century. 2-storey, asymmetrical 3-bay vill with classical details. Cream stugged and snecked sandstone, rendered and painted to S elevation, ashlar dressings. Base course; chamfered arrises; margins to windows; corniced windows at ground to S elevation, architraved at 1st floor. Overhanging eaves.
S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: advanced pilastered porch to centre, cornice, blocking course, panelled door. Tripartite corniced window to left and 1st floor. Window above porch. Slightly advanced bay to left with full-height canted window of 1-2-1 lights.
W ELEVATION: window at ground and 1st floor to right; slightly advanced bay to left with window at ground and 1st floor. Mostly 2-pane sash and case windows to S elevation (including some uPVC replacement windows). Grey slate roof, corniced, ashlar stacks with moulded cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: fine plasterwork.
GATEPIERS: red sandstone ashla rpiers. Square-plan with chamfered angles, stepped conical caps.
