Description

Mid 18th century, reconstructed earlier 19th century. 3-storey 4-bay rendered tenement with shop at ground. 3-bay plate glass painted ashlar shop front (central bay narrower, originally door to shop) grouped to centre of elevation, with glazed panelled door to left; united by cornice. Upper floors with pair of bays of single windows grouped to left (2nd floor windows shorter); single similar bay to right; at centre, bay with small oculus at each floor.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate pitched roof lower than neighbouring buildings.
