Earlier to mid 19th century. Symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay terraced house; squared and snecked cream sandstone with very pale long and short ashlar dressings. Corniced doorway at centre with 2-pane letterbox fanlight; modern door. Pair of velux rooflights.
Unfortunate 4-pane timber tilt and swing windows.
Ashlar skew; brick stack grey slates.
Low coped rubble walls to front garden.
