Description

Later 19th century. Single storey with dormers, 3-bay cottage. Cream sandstone rubble, painted to S elevation. Chamfered reveals, overhanging eaves, decorative bargeboard.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: round-headed door with gabled timber bracketted canopy porch, fanlit panelled door, bipartite window to right and left. 2 gabled and finialled timber bipartite dormers with round-headed lights and fleuron detail to jettied apex, rooflight to centre.

E AND W (SIDE) ELEVATION: gabled; window to attic to left and storage sheds at ground to W elevation. Single storey garage to W.

Plate glass sash and case windows. Grey slate roof with fishscale bands, sandstone coped stacks with original moulded cans to gables.

BOUNDARY WALL: cream sandstone rubble wall ashlar coped, plain rendered piers.
