Earlier 19th century, restored by William A Cadell Architects, 1979. 2-storey asymmetrical house with stone forestair, rounded SW angle. Stugged snecked cream sandstone rubble.
N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2 bays; forestair to boarded door to outer left, window to right.
W (SIDE/STREET) ELEVATION: wide gabled elevation with apex corniced stack and curved angle to SW. Window at ground off-centre left with window above to right. Curved angle to right with window at ground. Conservation plaque to outer left.
E ELEVATION: Harled gable apex.
12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skew to W.
BOUNDARY WALLS: cream sandstone wall with semi-circular coping to Lion Well Wynd, doorway with boarded door. Rubble wall adjoining house to SE angle with doorway.
Restored 1979 by William A Cadell Architects, Grange, Linlithgow. Awarded the Saltire Society Award for Restoration 1979. See also Well Wynd walls listed separately.
