Early 19th century. 3 storey and attic 3 bays. Droved ashlar
with polished dressings. Modern shops to ground floor.
Angle pilasters to upper floors. 1st floor; 2 Venetian
windows flank round-arched window. 2nd floor lintel and
eaves band of alternate fluted and plain blocks. Dentilled
cornice and blocking course. Slate roof with straight
skews and dormer stretching between cornice end stacks.
Similar cornice and eaves band to 27 Gauze Street.
