Description

Mid 19th century in present form. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay dwelling house. Pebble-dashed, painted margins with lugs at level of meeting rails. Base course.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical elevation; central door with letterbox fanlight; flanking windows; windows at 1st floor above; attic light at far right.

E ELEVATION: adjoining building.

N ELEVATION: modern extension at ground floor; 2 windows at 1st floor.

W ELEVATION: adjoining building.

8-pane sash and case timber windows. Slate roof; straight skews; rendered stacks at gableheads.

Statement of Interest

There is a house on this site on the 1st Edition O S Map and it is probable that the present dwelling house is a remodelling of that building.
