Early 19th century, Robert Balfour, architect (for himself). 3-storey, 2-window pedimented gable; coursed rubble and slate; snecked rubble gable to The Shore; sme good interior work and hot air duct heating system of interest. Bad later additions.

Balfour obtained group from Town Council 29 August 1799.
