Statement of Interest

The house was formerly an outbuilding, as part of the Woodville property (see separate listing). The projection, at which Rose Cottage is at the end, emanates from a single storey wing to the W of Woodville. This is gabled to W and to its immediate right are 2 boarded doors (to sheds).
